Work begins only after the required payment has been successfully received and all necessary project information, content, and references have been provided by the client.
The number of revisions depends on the package or service selected. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Once the project is completed and full payment has been received, the client receives rights to use the approved final design. Unused concepts, drafts, and rejected design versions remain the property of BrandBuilder Studio.

Yes. Completed projects may be showcased in our portfolio, social media, case studies, or marketing materials. If you require confidentiality, please inform us before the project is completed so appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
